After the foundation of Biovotec Ltd in Dublin and the appointment of Enda Kenny as the Managing Director, the company has now brought on two highly experienced professionals. They enter the company with together more than 30 years experience in the MedTech industry and with very relevant background of developing and CE marking comparable products

Paul Barham has a Masters degree in Biotechnology for the City University in Dublin. He has worked more than 18 years in the field of Biotechnology, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry. He has been part of several successful product launches where he had a key role in product development and building up production capabilities. He brings with him an extensive knowledge of GMP and CE marking processes. In the latest years he has worked with collagen based products.

Irene Cleary has a PhD from the National Cell & Tissue Centre in Dublin. She has worked over 15 years in the Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, both within R&D and Product Development. In the later years she has worked with quality assurance and is a Certified Person to conduct and lead quality audits. She also has extensive knowledge of tissue engineering which is the basis for wound care.
